Meet Babawale Obayanju – Owales Photography

Babawale Obayanju is a freelance Nigerian photographer. He has documented the Niger Delta environmental crisis and climate justice rallies on assignment for several NGOs locally and internationally. He is a contributing artist with TellThatStory.

People form critical elements of our work. He creatively tells stories of these people in and around their environment. Babawale hopes to use his photographs to highlight and or proffer solutions to the socio-economic and environmental problems facing humans and other beings on Earth.

He is also a trained geologist, a Climate justice campaigner, and a graphic designer.
